Your mission

  • Be in charge of our billing operations for all our B2C and Fleet clients across all markets and manage the regular invoice and payment runs in SAP.
  • Enhance the billing operations through strategic planning and technology integration.
  • Identify and address inefficiencies and improvement potentials in billing procedures, and manage the implementation of solutions.
  • Align billing processes with Finance, Accounting, and other departments for cohesive workflows.
  • Manage our payment systems, and collaborate with IT and the Product Team for process automation and the reduction of manual effort.
  • Establish quality control measures for accurate and compliant billing practices.
  • Use data analytics to monitor trends, propose solutions, and generate performance reports.
  • Collaborate with customer service and sales for billing issue resolution and improved satisfaction.

Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration; additional certifications in Billing, Finance, or Management are advantageous.
  • Proven track record (minimum 3 years) in billing operations with comprehensive knowledge of processes, systems, and technologies as well as in data analysis for interpreting billing trends and optimizing processes.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance billing procedures aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Familiarity with billing software, ERP systems, and technological solutions for automation and efficiency. Knowledge in SAP is a must.
  • Strong understanding of billing regulations, compliance standards, and commitment to industry guidelines.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Experience in Jira and Confluence are a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a self-driven, structured, and analytical working style.
