Your mission

DCS today partners with more then 1000 charge point operators. As a commercial supplier manager you will be part of a team that is responsible  for managing the charge point operators in the DCS portfolio across different markets, take care of operational tasks on a day to day business for a big amount of suppliers, drive scalability in our fast growing supplier network and analyse our supplier portfolio. 

  • Analyze market and supplier data to identify growth opportunities and trends.
  • Manage relationships with charge point operators (CPOs) across various markets.
  • Negotiate and manage commercial contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new suppliers, aligning with company standards.
  • Maintain accuracy of supplier-related master data within internal systems.
  • Lead internal projects to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex issues and drive improvements.
  • Execute day-to-day operational tasks for a large portfolio of suppliers.
  • Drive scalability within the fast-growing supplier network.
  • Analyze and optimize the supplier portfolio to align with company objectives.

Your profile

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in supplier management, sales, or purchasing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proactive and results-driven mindset with a focus on building partnerships.
  • Strong self-management, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
  • Exceptional business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and trends.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance in contract management.
  • Reliable team player with a positive and collaborative attitude.
  • Experience in the EV charging industry and continuous process improvement skills are advantageous.
