Take over key tasks in the tool-based CPO (Charge Point Operators) invoice validation process to carefully review the results for any errors or discrepancies

Identify errors and derive improvement potentials jointly with our Operations Analyst experts

Support the CPO invoices workflow status reporting i.e. monitor the CPO invoices processing status, prepare reports and communicate the progress to key stakeholders such as Accounting and Partner Management

Assist the CPO dispute communication and get in touch with our CPOs to clarify data discrepancies

Take responsibility in our continuous process enhancements and automation by analyzing related sub-processes and deriving process improvements jointly with our Analysts
