Your mission

 Recruitment Lifecycle: 

  • You are responsible for end-to-end recruitment process and hire the best talents that contribute to DCS’ vision and mission 
  • Keeping abreast with state of the art recruiting trends and constantly seeking improvement opportunities

  Partnership: 

  • You can build strong relationships with hiring managers, you consult and hold them accountable for meeting deadlines and delivering best candidate experience 
  • Partner with selected third party (Recruitment agencies / Universities) where and when needed 

 Employer Branding: 

  • You recognize the value of DCS and come up with creative ideas on how to authentically present it  

 Project Management: 

  •  You manage diverse TA projects and continuously look for best practices 

Your profile

Background:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with responsibility over entire recruitment lifecycle

Self-mangement:

  • you can prioritize workload in a fast-paced  environment and in a stuctured manner

Proactive attitude:

  • You see opportunities not obstacles and you are always one step ahead

Ownership mentality:

  • You take charge, own your work and are accountable for your results
