Your mission

As a part of the Marketing & Content team you will contribute to the area of end-customer focused communication:

  • Steer the entire process from the creation of communications, alignment with different stakeholders (e.g. Legal, Key Account Management, Operations) to ensuring a successful final send out
  • Monitor successful dispatch, keep track of all ongoing communications and keep care of potential changes requests, technical problems, customer incidents after or during send outs
  • Creation and continuous optimization of CRM campaigns based on conducted experiments
  • Conception of new growth ideas, implementation and continuous measurement of CRM campaign performance
  • Analyzing KPIs, deriving insights and integrating the results into existing or new measures

Your profile

  • At least 5 years of experience in the area of CRM Marketing
  • Strong project management skills and experience in working with different stakeholders
  • Ability to prepare and create content in a solid way, always keeping the customer's needs in mind
  • Experience in working with Jira, Confluence
  • Experience in working with Emailing and CRM Tools (e.g. Emarsys, Mailjet) 
  • Experience in working with agencies is a plus
  • Creative personality with communication enthusiasm, self-driven attitude and team mindset
  • Very structured way of working, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in German and English
