Your mission

In your role as Head of Procurement/Procurement & Negotiation Lead, you will lead the Procurement & Negotiation team and own all of DCS’ CPO B2B contract negotiations incl. various aspects such as e.g. pricing & commercials, POI Data Agreements, SLA’s.

  • Build and lead a holistic negotiation program and report progress to business line leads and C-level
  • With your proven experience in energy procurement, preferably within the renewable energy or charging sector, you achieve best possible results  and leverage your strong knowledge of energy markets, pricing mechanisms, and regulatory requirements 
  • Identify and overcome potential challenges or conflicts that may arise during the negotiation process
  • Work closely with our legal team to ensure that our agreements are legally sound and protect the interests of our organization

 

Your profile

  • +8 years of experience in (B2B) procurement and partner contract negotiations/closing
  • +4 years experience in disciplinary team management & leadership
  • Knowledge in the energy sector or EV charging is a must 
  • Excellent and proven negotiation skills that enable you to negotiate complex constellations and contracts with stakeholders on all levels (up to C-level)
  • Excellent and effective communication and interpersonal skills, both verbally and in written form, with ability to build rapport with stakeholders from various business fields
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and analyze market trends, business models and cases as well as KPIs to inform strategic decision-making
  • Strong contract drafting and management skills that enable you to define contract standards and re-write collaboration contracts independently
  • Highly self-driven, responsible, resilient, reliable, accountable and pro-active character
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and full business compliance
