We are strengthening our team and are looking for a leading senior product personality to pave with us the way towards new dimensions Fleet Offerings. You will combine your passion for e-mobility, deep knowledge of products and technologies, and entrepreneurial mindset to shape and manage our Fleet Business Product Portfolio. You will guide a cross-functional team of product managers and designers, taking our fleet offerings from concept to implementation and ensuring their success.

 

Your profile

 We are looking for candidates with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and a sharp execution focus to create and realize our high potential and competitive edge in the fleet sector.
 
  • Proven leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead teams, guiding product managers through operational complexities while maintaining focus on long-term goals
  • Industry experience: Extensive experience in the fleet industry, preferably within the e-mobility sector, with a deep understanding of the market
  • Pragmatic prioritization: Ability to prioritize effectively and work comfortably with company OKRs to drive high-impact success
  • Agile product management: Many years of experience in product management within agile environments
  • Clear communication: Excellent skills in structured communication and expectation management with clients, internal stakeholders, and DCS management

 

Your profile

  • Experience: At least 5 years as a product professional 
  • Leadership: A charismatic leader with the ability to build and inspire a high-performing product team
  • Proven Success: Demonstrated ability to define and execute successful product visions with a strong focus on customer centricity
  • Industry Expertise: Experience in E-Mobility and/or Fleet Management Business is a significant advantage
