Join our Technical Partner team as an Intern (m/f/d) in our Munich and Berlin offices and work alongside experienced professionals . You will assist the team in Analysing root causes of incidents, Support the technical onboarding of new CPO partners and Help us to improve the charging experience of drivers.

Our partnerships with Charging Point Operators (CPOs) across Europe are the backbone of our business model within the last 3 years we have grown our network across 32 markets with 1000 partnerships now in place.
- Learning about how the digital eco-system of EV charging works, from charge point operators via roaming platforms to the eMobility service and the EV driver.
- Analysing hands-on issues that EV drivers have anywhere in Europe at a station, e.g. charger does not start, charger is not giving sufficient power or prices for conducted sessions are not correct.
- Helping us to improve the charging experience so drivers will be able to charge anywhere without any friction.
- Taking responsibility for such incidents and engage internally and our partners across Europe to find solutions.
- Ensuring fast and efficient issue resolution at the interface to our partners - in close alignment with external counterparts in the technical teams of our partners and our internal teams
- Analyzing root causes of incidents, identify clusters and contribute to finding a smart solution to avoid incidents at the root cause.
- Being part of our highly motivated team that manages the technical interface to all our partners in Europe and Japan.
- Helping us document best practices for incident management.
- Supporting the technical onboarding of new CPO partners: be part of complex partner onboarding / rollout projects and secure service and feature functionality in alignment with Operations, Product Management and IT.
