Within our fantastic People & Culture team we will support, develop and enable you to: 

Support with the optimization of Learning & Development (L&D) -related processes and training concepts at individual, team and organizational level: 

Your Mission:

Learning & Development

  • Training Coordination: Organize and support training events for leaders, employees, and external trainers. 
  • L&D Budget Oversight: Manage the L&D budget, including handling training requests and tracking costs. 
  • Feedback Tool Management: Maintain and update the internal performance and feedback tool to foster a strong feedback culture at DCS. 
  • Support for L&D Manager: Assist in preparing and supporting regular Personnel Management Conferences and impactful business projects. 
  • Content Creation: Design and edit engaging learning materials and videos to enhance training resources. 

 

 

Talent Acquisition

  • Be the owner of Recruitment of interns and working students
  • Drive, steer and manage end-to-end Working Student / Internship recruitment process  
  • Define sourcing channel plans to attract candidates within the automotive, consulting technology market   
  • Advertise and create awareness of recruitment vacancies to increase application rate    
  • Take full ownership of pre-selection and HR interviews as well as supporting hiring managers in shortlisting and hiring the right candidates   
  • Create an outstanding candidate experience along the whole recruitment journey

Your Profile:

  • Proactive attitude: You see opportunities, not obstacles, and you're always one step ahead.
  • Ownership mentality: You take charge, own your work, and are accountable for your results.
  • Curiosity: You're naturally inquisitive, always eager to learn, grow, and explore new horizons
  • Availability: you are able to start in our Berlin / Munich office for a period of 9-12 months
  • Background: Bachelor or Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or similar studies
