Join our dynamic Fleet Sales team on an exciting growth journey! This year, we are setting inspiring goals to double our client base and expand our reach beyond Germany's borders. It’s a unique opportunity to be part of a team that's embracing rewarding opportunities and driving success in new markets.  You will contribute to innovative sales strategies, engaging with international clients, and playing a key role in our expanding e-mobility solutions. 

Make an Impact by: 

  • Take full ownership of the acquisition strategy for expanding into new markets, becoming a key driver of our growth while keeping a sharp eye on the competitive landscape 

  • Be the face of DCS by initiating meaningful conversations with potential customers and building long-term, trustworthy professional relationships 

  • Play a pivotal role in guiding B2B customer acquisition in the French and Benelux markets, opening doors to exciting new business opportunities 

  • Oversee the entire sales journey, from crafting compelling proposals to successfully closing deals, ensuring excellence at every step 

  • Work closely with key DCS stakeholders to shape and support strategic outbound efforts, directly contributing to the company's expansion and success

 
 

Your profile 

  • Proven track record of successfully opening new markets, acquiring clients, and making them successful 

  • Ownership of the entire sales process, from strategy development to closing deals 

  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with a results-oriented mindset 

  • Expertise in e-mobility, fleet sales, or complex technical solutions preferred 

  • In-depth knowledge of the French market 

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills 

  • Proficiency in English and French at a negotiation level; German or other languages are a plus 

  • Willingness to travel within the defined commercial area
