Join our Finance Operations and Accounting team in Berlin office and get a chance to work alongside experience professionals.
Make an Impact by:
- Supporting the team managing accounts receivable, including invoicing and reconciliation.
- Managing communications with our internal and external stakeholders
- Analyzing root cause problems if any data issues arise
- Supporting the finance team with projects: S/4HANA & Process Optimization
Your profile:
- Ability to use Microsoft Excel effectively: Formatting, functions, and various tools such as pivot tables.
- Previous experience in operational accounting is beneficial or a role managing financial transactions.
- Previous experience with S/4HANA / SAP or similar ERP system would be advantageous. Also previous experience with CRM SAP Sales Cloud or similar CRM system would also be advantageous.
- Knowledge of operations optimization is beneficial.
- Optional (would be a plus): A database querying background (SQL, Google Big Query, PostgreSQL, Snowflake). Programming experience with Python or similar.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail, hands-on mentality.
- Solid interpersonal and inter-cultural skill set with the ability to work independently as well as collaborate and positively influence diverse stakeholders.
- Able to start in our office in Berlin for a duration from 6 to 12 months.
